This Privacy Policy explains how Cymric Inc. collects, uses, discloses, retains, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with Warbairy and the related Services.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the Services, including the mobile application, website, and related support interactions.

Adults-only service

The Services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older and are not intended for children. Cymric Inc. does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 through the Services.

Information collected

Depending on how you use the Services, Cymric Inc. may collect the following categories of information:

Account and profile information

• Name, username, email address, login credentials, and account identifiers.
• Profile preferences and settings.
• Appearance- and personalization-related information that you choose to provide, such as selected body type, face type, style preferences, and, if enabled, optional body measurements.

User-uploaded content

• Images of clothing items.
• Outfit photos.
• Inspiration, reference, and preference images.
• Closet item metadata, notes, tags, and saved outfit combinations.
• Feedback, support requests, and other content you submit through the Services.

Usage and device information

• App usage activity and feature interaction data.
• Device type, operating system, app version, identifiers, crash data, and diagnostics.
• Log, security, and fraud-prevention information.

Inferences and generated results

• Tags, classifications, recommendations, rankings, similarity matches, and other outputs generated from your uploads, preferences, and interactions.

How information is used

Cymric Inc. may use personal information to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Provide closet organization and outfit recommendation features.
• Analyze uploaded images and generate labels, tags, and recommendations.
• Personalize results based on your wardrobe, preferences, profile attributes, and interactions.
• Maintain the security, integrity, and performance of the Services.
• Troubleshoot bugs, detect abuse, and improve the Services.
• Communicate with you about support, updates, legal notices, and service-related matters.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce rights.

AI and model processing

The Services may use artificial intelligence or machine-learning providers to process certain content you submit, such as uploaded images, prompts, and related metadata, in order to generate labels, categorizations, recommendations, and related outputs.

Some of this processing may be performed using Anthropic models made available through AWS Bedrock. AWS states that Amazon Bedrock does not use prompts and completions to train models and that model providers do not have access to Amazon Bedrock prompts and completions in the Bedrock-managed deployment architecture described by AWS. Anthropic's Bedrock commercial terms state that Anthropic may not train models on customer content from the services and that Anthropic receives usage data from AWS excluding customer content.

At launch, Cymric Inc. does not use your uploaded content or personal information to train its own machine-learning models. If that changes in the future, Cymric Inc. will update this Privacy Policy before using your information for that new purpose.

Legal bases and purpose limitation

Where applicable under relevant law, Cymric Inc. processes personal information for purposes such as performing the contract with you, operating the Services, pursuing legitimate business interests such as security and product improvement, complying with legal obligations, and, where required, obtaining your consent.

How information is disclosed

Cymric Inc. may disclose personal information to:

• Cloud infrastructure, storage, and hosting providers.
• Authentication, analytics, crash-reporting, and customer-support vendors.
• AI-processing and model-service providers, including service providers involved in image analysis and recommendation generation.
• Professional advisors, auditors, insurers, and legal counsel.
• Government authorities, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties where required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or the Services.
• A buyer, investor, successor, or other relevant party in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.

Cymric Inc. does not currently sell personal information for money.

Data retention

Cymric Inc. retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain the account relationship, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the Services.

If you delete your account, Cymric Inc. plans to delete or de-identify your account data within 30 days after the deletion request is processed, except where a longer retention period is reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, backup integrity, or dispute resolution.

Account deletion

Cymric Inc. plans to offer in-app self-serve account deletion. A web-based deletion request method should also be provided before Google Play launch because Google Play's account deletion policy requires support for account deletion for apps that allow account creation, including a web link for deletion requests.

When an account deletion request is submitted:

• Access to the account may be disabled promptly.
• Active user-facing data may be removed from normal use.
• Remaining copies may persist temporarily in backups, logs, or secure systems for a limited period.
• Final deletion or de-identification is targeted within 30 days, subject to the exceptions described above.

Security

Cymric Inc. uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. AWS states that Bedrock supports encryption in transit and at rest and that the AWS shared responsibility model applies to protecting data used with the service.

No method of storage, transmission, or processing is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

International processing

Your information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where Cymric Inc. or its service providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your place of residence.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access personal information.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Delete personal information.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
• Request portability of certain information.

California notice

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under California privacy law, including rights relating to access, deletion, correction, and certain disclosures. A California-specific supplement can be added later if needed based on actual data flows and thresholds.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Cymric Inc. may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If material changes are made, Cymric Inc. will update the date above and provide additional notice where required by law.
